Youth know no fear

They have won all possible trophies. Against ProRecco and Mladost they won the title of theEuropean Champion seven times. The titles wonin other competitions can also identify the giantof world water polo – PARTIZAN RAIFFEISEN.

The team from Banjica is the contestant of thefinal four for the fourth time in the last sevenyears. After a big break, in 2011, an excellent generation, with Igor Milanović as the lead fromthe bench, won the final four having beaten the favoured Pro Recco in Rome.

The following year, the team scattered, andsome new aces came to the main scene. Partizan, who have never been younger, made abig achievement with the placement into the Final Four. Vlada Vujasinović replaced his swimmingcap with a coaching role, and he has been growing together with the team full of talented players. Among the more experienced and aged are only the goalkeeper Slobodan Soro and the guard Predrag Jokić, while Ćukand Mitrović, although still young, already havenice careers. The others are yet at the beginning of big careers, Mandić, Dedović and Subotić, who quickly became the holders of high quality game. The center players Filipović and Vukićević, with dashing Matović and Basara, should be able to take the opponents defense bysurprise. Partizan is also unique due to the fact that it hasbeen lead by three world-class aces. Aleksandar Šoštar is the President, Igor Milanović is the Head Coach and Vladimir Vujasinović is the Main Coach. Their careers, along with the unquenchable thirst for victory, are the guarantees of future success of the Banjica team.
At the competition in Belgrade, Partizan will rush into Jug. A duel with the favourites of the competitionposes a great challenge. The black-andwhiteteam has nothing to lose. The great assets of Partizan are that it has no burden, but possesses great motive and desire for success, alongside undisputed talent and quality. We shouldnot forget that fans will add wind to their sails. With their support, in their own pool, absolutely anything is possible.
